At PathChangers, Inc. we’re raising funds and promoting initiatives to serve the people who need them most. We believe in taking action with urgency in order to raise public awareness about some of the most pressing issues facing today’s society. About us

PATHChangers, Inc. is a faith based 501c3, non-profit organization, whose extraordinary mission is to provide stable and affordable housing to all 18-24-year-old at-risk young adults who have aged out of the foster care system and other young adults throughout Wake County that face homelessness.  This will allow them to acquire the education, life skills and resources necessary to build self-sufficient and prosperous lives.
